Where is my order?
Orders dispatched before 2pm Mon–Fri are sent the same day via Royal Mail Tracked 48. You'll get a tracking link via email within a few hours of dispatch. UK delivery typically takes 2–3 working days.
How long does UK delivery take?
Royal Mail Tracked 48 typically delivers in 2–3 working days from dispatch. Free on orders over £25. Below that, shipping is £2.99.
Are your packs genuinely sealed?
Yes — every pack we sell is factory sealed, sourced direct from authorised distributors. We do not deal in resealed or weighed product.
Can I return opened packs?
No — once a pack is opened it cannot be returned, for obvious reasons. Sealed product can be returned within 30 days, unopened, in original condition.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently UK only. Get in touch using the form above if you're outside the UK — we may be able to arrange something for bulk orders.
