Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £25.

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail.
The specific Royal Mail service used (such as Royal Mail Tracked 48 or similar) may vary depending on the order and delivery location.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email where available.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.
International Shipping
At this time, Pack2Play only ships within the United Kingdom and does not offer international shipping.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
Pack2Play is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in opening an inquiry with the shipping carrier.
In some cases, we may need to wait for the carrier to complete their investigation before issuing a replacement or refund.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
We may request photos of the damage to assist with resolving the issue.
