1. Eligibility
The specific card games, rarities, and categories accepted under this program may change at any time without notice. Only cards matching what is listed as currently accepted on the Sell Your Cards page at the time of your submission are eligible. We only accept English-language cards at this time.
2. Condition Requirements
We only accept cards in Mint or Near Mint condition. By submitting cards to us, you confirm the condition of your cards matches what is stated in your submission form. Cards that do not meet these condition requirements may be rejected upon inspection.
3. Submission Process
You must submit an accurate quantity and rarity breakdown of your cards via our online form, along with your contact details and your chosen payout method. Submissions must total an estimated value of at least £5. All prices shown at the time of submission are estimates only and are subject to confirmation upon physical inspection.
4. Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of shipping your cards to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for cards lost or damaged in transit before they reach us.
5. Inspection and Rejection
Upon receipt, we will inspect all submitted cards against your original submission form.
- If cards are rejected because they do not match what was declared in your submission (including but not limited to condition, quantity, or rarity), you will be responsible for the cost of a return shipping label if you would like the cards sent back.
- If cards are rejected for any other reason, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- Alternatively, you may choose to have rejected cards disposed of rather than returned; this option must be indicated in your submission.
6. Payment
Once your cards have been inspected and approved, payment will be issued within 3–5 business days via your selected payout method:
- Store Credit: paid at 120% of your approved submission total (a 20% bonus)
- PayPal: paid at 99% of your approved submission total (1% processing fee)
- Bank Transfer: paid at 99% of your approved submission total (1% processing fee); bank details will be collected securely via email after your submission is approved and are never collected via the web form
Processing time from receipt of your cards may take up to one week depending on current submission volume.
7. Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse any submission, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or cards that do not meet our current buying criteria.
8. Changes to This Program
Buy prices, accepted rarities, accepted languages, and other terms of this program may change at any time without prior notice. The prices and terms in effect at the time you submit your form will apply to that submission.
