Yes, every order ships with Royal Mail Tracked. You'll get an email with the tracking link the moment we dispatch.

Yes. We source from official distributors and trusted sellers. Every product is sealed, mint, and 100% authentic.

Japanese cards are often released first, are usually cheaper per pack, and have unique exclusive cards. English cards are tournament-legal in Western competitive play.

We focus on sealed product — booster packs, boxes, ETBs, and TCG accessories. We don't currently sell singles.

Products marked regional exclusive are typically only released in one country (e.g. Japan). We import these legitimately for UK and European collectors.

Unfortunately no — opened packs cannot be returned because we can't verify the contents. This is standard across the TCG industry. See full refund policy →

Sealed and unopened items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. The buyer pays return postage unless the item was faulty.

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The funds may take an additional 1-3 days to appear on your statement.

Yes — if your order hasn't been dispatched yet. Email us ASAP with your order number. Once dispatched, you'll need to use our returns process.

No — you can check out as a guest. But creating an account makes tracking orders and re-ordering faster.

Your order confirmation email contains a "Track My Order" link. Click that anytime to see live status.

If we haven't dispatched yet, email us and we'll do our best to amend. Once dispatched, edits aren't possible.

Discount codes are entered at checkout (not on the cart page). Add your items, head to checkout, and paste your code into the "Discount code" box before paying.
